Basement The basement is designed as a space for entertainment and relaxation. The area features a bar with a mini-bar and wine cellar, a cinema room, and a billiards play area. Lower Ground Floor In the lower ground floor of the building, there are three comfortable rooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, and a technical room housing the central boiler that supplies the entire villa with hot water, as well as a staircase leading to the basement area. One room has an en-suite bathroom, while the users of the other two rooms and the sauna use a shared bathroom. The lower ground space can be accessed directly from the poolside plateau or by the internal staircase from the ground floor of the building. Ground Floor Besides the main entrance and connections to the upper floor and lower ground floor, the ground floor contains a large open space conceived to have three sections: a living area, a dining area, and a kitchen. From the dining area, there is an exit to a spacious covered terrace, enclosed with a glass fence that ensures an unobstructed view of the sea from within the room. On this floor, only the laundry area and restroom are partitioned off. First Floor The first floor comprises two rooms separated by a wardrobe. The larger room includes a separate bathroom and wardrobe and has its own terrace. The smaller room also has its own bathroom, and the wall towards the sea is fully glazed, allowing for a sea view from every position in the room. 3.5. Functional layout of building C: Lower Ground Floor The lower ground floor hosts a gym, sauna, restroom, a shower area, and a technical room containing the central boiler for hot water supply for the entire villa, as well as a staircase leading to the ground floor. Ground Floor Aside from the main entrance and pathways to the upper floor and lower ground floor, the ground floor features a large, open space designed with three areas: a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The dining and living rooms open onto a spacious terrace enclosed by a glass fence that provides an unobstructed view of the sea. This terrace is integrated with, or part of, the approach plateau, which is enclosed but allows access to the neighboring building's swimming pool. On this level, only the kitchen pantry and restroom are separated. First Floor The first floor contains three rooms separated by wardrobes and a minibar. Each room has its own terrace, bathroom, and wardrobe. The rooms are connected by a corridor leading to a covered terrace with a jacuzzi. From this terrace, an external staircase leads to a large roof terrace and swimming pool at the level of the lower ground floor of villas A and B. 3.6. Functional layout of the staff apartment: The staff apartment is located at the basement level of villas A and B. It is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of wardrobe space, a living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom
